What materials are needed for an after-sales claim due to weak staining, and what response will I receive?

After you submit an after-sales request, we will provide an Antibody Performance Feedback Form. Please complete:

• Product lot number and dilution

• Experimental parameters (antigen retrieval, antibody incubation, DAB developing time, etc.)

• Photos of staining results

Within 7 business days of receiving your application, we will provide in-house test results and recommended conditions. Paraffin tissue sections used in testing can be provided on request.
