If the product is fully frozen at -20°C or below, can it still be used?

We recommend storing products at 2–8°C.

If the product has frozen, thaw it slowly at 2–8°C and mix gently (do not vortex) before use.

If staining signal drops or disappears after thawing, you may apply for after-sales review after submitting experimental records.
