Why does the liquid in the vial look less than expected after receipt?

Centrifuge the product after receipt; some liquid may remain on the inner wall or cap.

Each product is supplied to its labeled specification. At filling we add a small overfill above the nominal volume.

Volume above the nominal amount is process overfill for normal handling loss. It is not extra supply and is not billed separately.
